Description

Preparation Methods
Fresh: Eat raw in salads or as vegetable. Tea: Steep fresh or dried leaves in hot water. Decoction: Boil leaves for 10-15 minutes.
Dosage Information
Fresh: 1-2 cups of fresh leaves daily. Tea: 2-3 cups daily. Decoction: 1 cup, 2-3 times daily.
