Preparation Methods
Tea: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of dried leaves in hot water for 10-15 minutes. Decoction: Boil leaves for 15-20 minutes. Available in commercial preparations.
Dosage Information
Tea: 2-3 cups daily, especially after meals. Decoction: 1 cup, 2-3 times daily. Best taken 30 minutes after meals.
Additional Safety Information
