Passionflower is excellent for anxiety and sleep support. It has calming properties and helps promote restful sleep.
Preparation Methods
Tea: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of dried leaves and flowers in hot water for 10-15 minutes. Tincture: 2-4 ml before bedtime.
Dosage Information
Tea: 1-2 cups 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Tincture: 2-4 ml (40-80 drops) before sleep. Can be combined with other calming herbs.
Additional Safety Information
